Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

In the event of any issue with your purchase, you may submit a request for withdrawal, return, replacement or assistance according to the conditions set out below, in compliance with the applicable legislation.

  1. Quality Guarantee: We guarantee that all products are new and undergo a strict quality control before shipment.
  2. Shipping Issues: STM S.r.l. cannot insure goods against damage or negligence caused by the courier during transport. Customers are invited to check the condition of the packaging upon delivery and, in case of visible damage, to promptly report it to STM S.r.l., attaching any useful photos or documentation.
  3. Online Right of Withdrawal: The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the terms provided by the applicable legislation. To exercise the right of withdrawal through the website, customers may use the digital function available on this page via the button: SUBMIT WITHDRAWAL REQUEST. The request must include the information required to identify the order, including name, surname, order number and email address. After submission, STM S.r.l. will automatically send a confirmation of receipt containing a summary of the request, the date and the time of submission.
  4. Return Within 30 Days: Products may be returned within 30 days. The shipping costs for returning the products are borne by the purchaser. The refund will be issued only after receipt of the returned product and after verification of the returned item, deducting the transport costs specified in the order, except where the applicable legislation provides otherwise.
  5. Return for Incorrect Purchase and Replacement: Within 30 days from the date of purchase, STM S.r.l. undertakes to replace products purchased by mistake, allowing the customer to exchange them for another product. In this case, the customer may be required to pay any price difference and bear the management, transport, new shipment and return collection costs.
  6. Return for Product Defects: STM S.r.l. undertakes to replace the product free of charge if a quality or functional issue is found. The report must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the product, providing evidence of the defect through photos and/or videos, provided that the product has not been damaged by the purchaser. This is without prejudice to the provisions of the applicable legislation on the legal guarantee of conformity for consumers.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed after receipt and verification of the returned product. In the case of a return due to an incorrect purchase, the refund will cover only the value of the item, excluding shipping costs. Any refunds due in the event of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer will be managed in compliance with the applicable legislation.

Privacy: Personal data provided through the form will be processed exclusively for the management of the withdrawal, return, replacement or assistance request, as indicated in the Privacy Policy available on the website.
